Bars & Restaurants
After a hard day’s sailing there are plenty of bars and restaurants where you can replenish those energy levels all within a stone’s throw of the beach.
Along the beach promenade there are a host of cafes with terrace seating offering anything from salads to traditional Spanish tapas. For those wishing to indulge themselves a little, there are even one or two that offer traditional English breakfasts, which you can enjoy whilst watching the latest Premiership football. But what all the cafes have in common is the stunning panoramic views of the South Bay.
Closer to the main square and in the centre part of town you will find all the variety you could wish for when dining out. Dine on fine fish freshly caught that day, traditional Spanish cuisine or if you prefer Mexican, Italian, Chinese or Japanese!
For those looking for a more liquid refreshment there are enough bars to keep you out until the very early hours of the morning! After enjoying a post-sailing beer in Flashpoint restaurant alongside the Centre, you can make your way down via the promenade cafes enjoying a beer and the beautiful views along the way.
For post dinner drinking, check out the Brazilian bar and Cha Cha Cha bars for cocktails, and in the latter windsurfing and kitesurfing videos, or maybe a little live music in Manfred’s.
As the locals begin their night out around 11 or 12pm then Magma, Jeip, The Goiter and Stones are the places to enjoy a variety of music and party atmospheres.
